Psychological Assessment Specialist (Licensed Psychologist) Hybrid Schedule | Full-Time Opportunity Are you a licensed psychologist looking for a role centered on evaluations rather than ongoing treatment? The IMA Group is seeking a clinician to conduct psychological assessments and provide objective reporting in a structured, professional environment. This position offers a balanced hybrid schedule and focuses exclusively on assessment services, allowing you to utilize your clinical expertise without managing a therapy caseload. Primary Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychological and behavioral assessments Administer and interpret cognitive, intellectual, and functional evaluations when appropriate Complete Mental Status Examinations and related clinical documentation Analyze findings and prepare clear, evidence-based reports Utilize electronic documentation systems to maintain accurate records What Makes This Opportunity Different Hybrid work model with both onsite and remote responsibilities Evaluation-focused practice environment No recurring patient caseloads No psychotherapy or counseling services required Regular weekday schedule with minimal administrative burden Established support team and streamlined workflows Qualifications Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) or Master's degree in Psychology, as permitted by state regulations Current, unrestricted state psychology license Strong assessment, documentation, and clinical interviewing skills Comfortable working independently within established guidelines This opportunity is well suited for psychologists who enjoy assessment work and are seeking a predictable schedule with professional flexibility.
