We prioritize clinical depth, thoughtful caseloads, and clinician sustainability. Serenity Integrative Counseling is a boutique private practice with a strong OCD and anxiety specialty. Our founder specializes in OCD, and we consistently receive more referrals than we can currently serve. We're looking for a licensed therapist who shares this clinical interest and wants to grow within it, whether you're already ERP-trained or you're earlier in that journey and ready to commit to it. Responsibilities:

Provide individual psychotherapy to adults and/or teens with OCD, anxiety disorders, and related presentations (in-person and telehealth), maintaining at least 18 sessions/week (25+ for full-time) Complete EHR documentation for each session by the weekly deadline Participate in weekly administrative tasks as needed (2 paid hours) and monthly group supervision (1.5 hrs) Conduct intakes, treatment planning, and coordinate care as needed Adhere to Serenity's HIPAA/confidentiality policies and foster our collaborative culture Qualifications (Fully Licensed Only): Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, social work, or psychology Active RI license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMHC (no interns or provisional licenses) ERP training or a genuine, demonstrated interest in pursuing it, this is a must Experience with OCD and anxiety disorders, or a clear clinical draw toward this population Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Experience with EHR systems and telehealth is a plus Commitment to client-centered, ethical, evidence-based care This role is a strong fit for a clinician who geeks out about OCD and anxiety treatment, wants to work alongside someone doing the same, and is looking for a clinical home — not just a job.

Compensation & Benefits:

Clinical Rate:

$68 per completed session (in-person or telehealth)

Admin Rate:

$25/hr for approved non-clinical work and supervision/consultation

Payroll:

Paid weekly through

Gusto Health Stipend:

$300/month (FT) or $150/month (PT)

Continuing Education:

$500/year stipend (FT) for CEUs Paid ERP training provided for the right candidate

Paid Leave:

5 clinical leave days/year Practice-wide malpractice insurance provided; clinicians are also required to carry their own

Schedule:

Full-time or part-time available. Full-time = 25+ sessions/week; part-time = 18-24/week Flexible hours, primarily telehealth, with at least 1 day/week in our Newport office (set schedule) Paid admin 2 hrs/week + 2 hrs optional peer consult/month + 1.5 hrs group supervision/month, all scheduled on top of clinical hours At-will employment; all RI labor standards adhered to
