Butterfly Pediatric Therapy is expanding our interdisciplinary team to include pediatric psychology services. We're seeking a licensed Clinical Psychologist who is passionate about understanding the whole child and enjoys collaborating with occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, physical therapists, educators, and families. This is an opportunity to help build a comprehensive pediatric developmental center where children receive integrated, evidence-based care under one roof. What You'll Do Depending on your interests and expertise, responsibilities may include: Comprehensive autism evaluations ADHD evaluations Cognitive and psychoeducational assessments Diagnostic clarification for developmental differences Parent consultations and feedback sessions Individual therapy for anxiety, emotional regulation, executive functioning, and behavioral concerns School consultation and collaboration with community providers Participation in interdisciplinary case conferences You'll Thrive Here If You… Believe great care happens through collaboration—not silos. Qualifications Doctorate (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology. Licensed Psychologist in Washington (or license eligible). Experience evaluating children and adolescents. Experience with autism, ADHD, developmental disabilities, or learning differences preferred. ADOS-2 training strongly preferred.
