Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and individual psychological testing for diverse populations, including those with neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorders. Provide evidence-based psychotherapy services utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused care for PTSD, behavioral health interventions, and crisis care. Deliver telehealth therapy sessions while adhering to HIPAA regulations and clinical ethical guidelines to ensure patient confidentiality and high-quality care. Manage patient intake processes, develop individualized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based practices, and monitor progress through ongoing patient assessment. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA standards while ensuring timely documentation of patient care activities. Experience Doctoral degree (Ph.D., Psy.
D., or equivalent) in Clinical Psychology or related field from an accredited program. Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a psychologist or licensed clinical psychologist preferred; relevant postdoctoral training highly valued. Demonstrated experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in clinical settings; prior hospital or inpatient experience is advantageous. Strong background in crisis intervention, psychological testing, diagnostic evaluation, and evidence-based treatment planning. Experience delivering telehealth therapy services effectively while maintaining compliance with HIPAA guidelines. Familiarity with working within clinical ethical guidelines and managing medical records securely.
