Psychometrist Kalispell, Montana • Part-time (about 15 hours/week to start) • On-site About OpenWorld Psychology OpenWorld Psychology is a neurodiversity-affirming research and treatment center specializing in neurodevelopmental evaluations across the lifespan. From our Kalispell practice, we provide comprehensive assessments for learning differences, ADHD, and autism for children, adolescents, and adults throughout the Flathead Valley.

About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented, personable psychometrist to administer and score standardized psychological and neurodevelopmental measures under the direction of a licensed psychologist. You will be central to the assessment process, helping create a calm, welcoming testing experience while producing accurate, well-organized data that the supervising psychologist uses to reach diagnostic determinations. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both the precision of standardized testing and genuine connection with the people we serve. Ample training is available for the right candidate, so this is a strong fit for someone eager to learn and grow into the work. Key Responsibilities Administer and score standardized cognitive, academic achievement, and neurodevelopmental measures (for example, Wechsler scales, Woodcock-Johnson, WIAT, behavior rating scales, continuous performance tests, and adaptive behavior measures) following standardized protocols and under psychologist direction. Prepare testing materials and maintain a calm, affirming testing environment that is responsive to each client's sensory, communication, and pacing needs. Score protocols accurately, generate score reports, and compile organized data summaries for the supervising psychologist's interpretation. Conduct intake data collection, structured interviews, and behavioral observations as assigned. Maintain test security, accurate records, and HIPAA-compliant documentation. Use digital scoring platforms, electronic records, and assessment software comfortably, and troubleshoot routine technology issues independently as they come up. Manage test kit and protocol inventory, and coordinate scheduling and logistics with families and adult clients in a warm, professional manner. Participate in case consultation and the practice's training and didactic activities. Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in psychology, neuroscience, education, or a related field. Experience administering and scoring standardized cognitive and academic assessments, or completion of formal psychometrist training. Training is available for the right candidate. Strong working knowledge of standardized administration procedures and meticulous attention to detail in scoring. Comfort and skill working with clients across the lifespan, including young children. Savvy with technology, with the ability to learn new software quickly and troubleshoot common issues without hand-holding. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and test security. Preferred Qualifications Experience with autism-specific assessment tools and ADHD assessment measures. Prior work in a neurodiversity-affirming clinical setting. Coursework or career interest pointing toward graduate training in clinical or school psychology. Compensation:
