Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact in the school setting, helping support K-12 students' growth and well-being. This part-time opportunity (22 hours weekly across 3 days) is ideal for a school psychologist seeking a dynamic, in-person role for the 2026-2027 academic year. You'll be based onsite, working with a diverse group of students spanning kindergarten through twelfth grade.
Desired Qualifications:
Valid School Psychologist license in Washington State and ESA certificate (please be prepared to provide verification) Previous experience supporting students as a school psychologist, particularly in K-12 environments Commitment to working onsite (remote work is not available for this position) Flexibility and understanding regarding school/district credentialing processes, including the possibility of a short start-date delay due to BIE adjudication Strong communication, assessment, and collaboration abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students across grade levels Deliver direct and consultative services to students, teachers, and families Facilitate interventions, participate in eligibility/IEP meetings, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Support the emotional, behavioral, and academic needs of a mixed caseload of K-12 students Maintain timely documentation and uphold confidentiality By working part-time (three days per week), you'll maintain work-life balance while making a real difference in students' school experiences.
