Job Description
Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Make a meaningful difference in students' lives as an onsite School Psychologist supporting a dynamic learning community near Arlington, TX. Both part-time and full-time professionals are encouraged to apply, and flexible scheduling includes a hybrid option (three days onsite, two days remote) to promote work/life balance. The assignment runs from ASAP through May 28, 2027, offering stability and a supportive environment where your expertise will be highly valued.
Qualifications:
Active Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) or Associate School Psychologist certification required Educator credential: School Psychology license issued by the board of examiners of psychologists Previous experience in school-based settings preferred Excellent communication and collaboration skills Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive educational atmosphereKey Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for students Collaborate with faculty, staff, and families to design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide counseling, intervention, and crisis support as needed Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to develop strategies that promote student success Maintain thorough and accurate documentation consistent with regulatory guidelines Support student development, advocate for their needs, and contribute to a safe and welcoming school climate Perks of theRole:
