School Psychologist in Bennington, NE Soliant - 3.9 Bennington, NE Job Details Full-time | Contract 6 days ago Qualifications Practicing as a school psychologist Full Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This assignment begins on August 10, 2026, and continues through May 25, 2027, offering 37.5-40 hours per week. Each day starts at 7:45 AM and wraps up at 3:30 PM. Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
Valid School Psychologist certification or eligibility in Nebraska Experience conducting cognitive and academic assessments; skilled with test batteries and behavioral evaluations Familiarity with Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), and the Student Support Team (SST) process Proficiency in Q-Interactive or similar digital platforms for administering assessments Strong organizational and communication skills Confidence in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and families
Role Responsibilities:
Administer a high volume of cognitive and academic testing to assess student needs Conduct initial Functional Behavioral Assessments and provide input on behavior intervention strategies Support the SST process by evaluating and interpreting assessment data for team meetings Utilize Q-Interactive for accurate and efficient testing procedures Prepare clear, comprehensive reports and participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings Assist with developing academic and behavioral plans tailored to students' unique requirements This position offers both variety and impact, in an environment that values your expertise and provides flexibility.
