Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity serving PreK-12 students as an onsite School Psychologist in a vibrant district near Irving, TX. This role is tailored for passionate professionals ready to make a meaningful difference in student success, with the flexibility of a hybrid schedule and both part-time or full-time options available. The assignment is anticipated to run through May 28, 2027, with an immediate start possible.

Qualifications & Credentials:

Active Texas state licensure: Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) or Associate School Psychologist Educator credential as a School Psychologist issued by the Board of Examiners of Psychologists Previous experience in school-based settings highly desired Strong clinical, assessment, and counseling skills Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary educational teams Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities Successful completion of fingerprinting and registry list search during onboarding

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students PreK-12 Develop intervention strategies and contribute to Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Provide counseling, consultation, and support for students, families, and staff Participate in Response to Intervention (RTI) processes and multidisciplinary team meetings Maintain accurate records and adhere to ethical and legal standards in practice Foster a positive, supportive environment that nurtures student growth and well-being
