This contract role is based onsite at several schools near Monroe, MI, with four positions available. As a valued professional in this setting, you'll collaborate with educators, families, and students to foster academic and social-emotional growth during the entire school year.
Key Qualifications:
Hold a valid Michigan School Psychologist license (please ensure your credential is current and verified). Experience working with K-12 populations in schools is preferred. Ability to work onsite throughout the duration of the assignment—remote/virtual arrangements are not offered. Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify students' learning, behavioral, and emotional needs. Support development and implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and 504 Plans. Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to maximize student success. Deliver crisis intervention, behavioral support, and counseling as needed. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and ongoing student progress monitoring. This full-time assignment covers 37.5 hours per week, running from August 12, 2026, through June 2, 2027, across multiple school sites serving a diverse K-12 population.
