Job Description

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Bilingual (Spanish) School Psychologist to join a supportive school district in Bastrop, TX for the 2026-2027 school year . This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working with a collaborative team in a flexible hybrid setting. The district is actively interviewing and looking to fill this position quickly .

Full-Time | Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Hours:
37.5 hours per week
Caseload:
K-12
Compensation:
$50-$60 per hour (based on experience and district budget)
Interview Status:
District is actively interviewing Requirements Master's or Specialist degree in School Psychology Active Texas School Psychologist certification/licensure (LSSP) or ability to obtain Bilingual in English and Spanish required Previous school-based experience preferred Strong assessment, consultation, and collaboration skills Responsibilities Conduct psychoeducational evaluations for K-12 students Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Interpret assessment results and provide recommendations to support student success Consult with teachers, administrators, and families regarding behavioral and academic interventions Complete evaluations, reports, and documentation while maintaining compliance with state and federal guidelines Provide services through both onsite and virtual platforms ProCare Therapy Benefits Highly competitive compensation Weekly pay Comprehensive insurance including medical, dental, vision, life, and more 401(k) with company match Flexible Spending Account (FSA) #p34
