Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Step into a crucial school-based role supporting students' academic, emotional, and behavioral needs across PK-12 settings. Multiple contract opportunities are available for skilled school psychologists committed to making a meaningful difference at every educational level—early childhood, elementary, and secondary. Positions begin August 20th and continue through June 11th, encompassing the full academic year at 37.5 hours per week. You'll serve a dynamic caseload, tailoring your expertise to students' diverse needs. Work primarily onsite for robust team collaboration, with consideration given to a hybrid arrangement (three days onsite, two days remote) for added flexibility. Contribute to a supportive environment where collaboration, consultation, and student growth take center stage.
Qualifications & Desired Background:
Valid School Psychologist credential or eligibility within the state Experience or strong interest in working with students across the PK-12 grade span Familiarity with conducting psychoeducational and functional behavioral assessments Skill in facilitating IEP and Eligibility meetings and providing actionable consultation Knowledge of best practices to support social-emotional and behavioral development Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills with families and multidisciplinary teams Comfortable navigating hybrid work arrangements if applicable
Key Responsibilities:
