The post holder, under the supervision of a consultant psychiatrist, will deliver assessment, diagnosis and treatment of people with severe mental illness, neurodevelopmental conditions and complex comorbidity in custodial settings, ensuring equivalence of care with community services. You will join an outstanding-rated Trust delivering trauma-informed, equivalent mental healthcare within prisons, supported by strong medical leadership, protected SPA time and hybrid working. A typical working week is likely to include clinics/patient reviews, team meeting, liaison with other professionals, including the GP, clinical administration, and supervision.
