We are a behavior health clinic affiliated with Harvard Medical School Dept of Psychiatry/CHA, staffed by experienced clinicians, offering a multi-disciplinary team approach and providing psychodynamically oriented treatment for a wide range of clients. 20+ hrs/wk LICSW and LMHC preferred. Both salaried and fee-for-service positions available with opportunities for advancement. Monday-Friday day shifts - hybrid offered. Excellent salary with potential for sign on bonus. These positions are eligible for student loan repayment programs.

Responsibilities include:

diagnostic evaluations and ongoing psychotherapy for individuals, with options for families and couples; participation in weekly team meetings and biannual clinical reviews; maintaining timely documentation.

Requirements :

Fully independent licensure in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Clinical Psychology or Psychiatric Nursing with minimum 3 years post-grad clinical experience with adult patients, including experience treating those with Serious Mental Illness. Individual and peer supervision provided. Free on-site parking. Flexible work schedule including account telehealth/work from home.
