Lifespan is seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our thriving mental health facility that is servicing Ventura and Los Angeles Counties.

While our office officially opened in •, our core team has a shared history of working together that spans several years.

We are committed to providing individualized, research-based psychological testing and therapy to a diverse clientele.

Pre-Licensed Professionals:
We welcome applications from fully licensed psychologists as well as pre-licensed individuals (e.g., Registered Psychological Associates) and offer a supportive environment for licensure completion, including supervision.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
As a Testing Psychologist at Lifespan, you will:

Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial or neurocognitive intakes for psychological testing.

Administer and interpret a range of psychological testing batteries.

Score testing materials accurately and efficiently.

Complete progress notes and maintain all documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and professional standards.

Actively participate in case conferences and consultation groups as needed.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current legal and ethical standards (e.g., HIPAA) pertaining to professional practice, reporting requirements, and professional boundaries.
Who We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will possess:

A Doctorate Degree (PsyD or PhD) in Psychology from an APA-accredited program.

A current and active license to practice Psychology in California (or eligibility for registration as a Psychological Associate).Prior experience with, and knowledge of, psychological testing administration, scoring, and interpretation.

Prior experience with Autism assessments and evaluationsCurrent professional liability insurance (if licensed).Commitment to a minimum of 35 hours per week (1 remote day per week).Excellent clinical, diagnostic, and report-writing skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
