We provide care where people actually live - in homes, communities, outdoors, and via telehealth - rather than confining therapy to traditional office walls. Our work is grounded in neurobiology, relational safety, cultural responsiveness, and real-world application. We prioritize quality of care over productivity pressure and trust clinicians as professionals. Clinical Approach Expectations Clinicians at WellHome are expected to practice within a framework that is: Trauma-Informed Neurobiologically grounded Developmentally appropriate Culturally responsive Relational and strengths-based Primary Responsibilities Provide individual, family and/or group psychotherapy to assigned clients Deliver services through a combination of in-home therapy, community-based or outdoor sessions (when clinically appropriate) and via telehealth Complete clinical documentation accurately and on time using our electronic health record (EHR) Participate in consultation and supervision as required (especially for pre-licensed clinicians) Administer and review outcome measures and screenings in accordance with practice standards of care. Collaborate with care coordinators and leadership to support client engagement and continuity of care Practice in accordance with ethical standards, state regulations, and WellHome clinical policies Minimum Qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field Active Indiana license or license-eligible under supervision (e.g. LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, Psy.
D., PhD., or associate status) Ability to work independently and manage clinical responsibilities Comfort providing therapy outside of a traditional office setting Reliable transportation for in-home or community-based services Strong communication and documentation skills Preferred (Not Required) Qualifications Experience with trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, or neurodivergence Experience with children, adolescents, or families Interest in community based or experiential therapy models Training in evidenced-based modalities (e.g.
CBT, DBT, EMDR, TF-CBT
