Qualifications:
Master's or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program Valid state certification or licensure (applicable for MI or eligibility for reciprocity) Experience providing psychological assessments, counseling, and support services in school settings Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
Perform assessments, develop IEPs, and offer evidence-based interventions for students Collaborate with educators, families, and support teams to promote student success Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and behavioral support as needed Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with district/state guidelines Work a full-time schedule with a flexible hybrid model: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
