This role may include psychotherapy, diagnostic evaluations, psychological assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation. We are open to both fully licensed psychologists and doctoral-level clinicians who have completed an APA-accredited doctoral program and are pursuing licensure in Rhode Island under appropriate supervision. If you are clinically sharp, documentation-solid, and care deeply about quality client outcomes, we encourage you to apply Key Responsibilities Clinical Services Provide individual psychotherapy using evidence-based treatment modalities Conduct diagnostic evaluations and formulate treatment plans aligned with client needs Deliver services in accordance with ethical standards established by the American Psychological Association and the Rhode Island Board of Psychology Maintain appropriate clinical boundaries and uphold client confidentiality at all times Psychological Assessments Administer, score, and interpret psychological and neuropsychological assessments as clinically indicated Complete comprehensive psychological evaluations including cognitive, behavioral, emotional, and personality assessments Prepare clear, timely, and clinically sound assessment reports suitable for treatment planning, educational use, or other authorized purposes Provide feedback to clients and relevant stakeholders in a professional and understandable manner Documentation and Compliance Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in the electronic health record Ensure all services meet Rhode Island state regulations, HIPAA requirements, and payer documentation standards Participate in audits, peer reviews, and quality assurance activities as required Collaboration and Professional Development Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other mental health professionals Participate in clinical supervision or consultation as required by licensure status or organizational policy Maintain active licensure and complete continuing education requirements in accordance with Rhode Island law Required Qualifications - Licensed Psychologist Doctoral degree in Psychology from an APA-accredited program Active and unrestricted Psychologist license in the State of Rhode Island Experience providing psychotherapy and conducting psychological assessments Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage clinical caseloads independently and ethically Required Qualifications — Postdoctoral / Pre-Licensed Applicants Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology or Counseling from an APA-accredited program Eligibility to pursue psychologist licensure in Rhode Island Completion of an APA accredited internship training Strong clinical, assessment, and documentation skills Ability to practice under supervision in accordance with Rhode Island regulations Preferred Qualifications Experience with diverse populations across the lifespan Familiarity with insurance-based clinical practice Experience with trauma-informed care and evidence-based assessment tools Physical and Work Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods and work at a computer Ability to conduct in-person or telehealth sessions as required Occasional evening hours may be required based on client needs Equal Employment Opportunity Statement The Company is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic under federal or Rhode Island law.
