Job Description

Key Qualifications:

Valid South Carolina School Psychologist License Experience or confidence in conducting evaluations for Special Education eligibility Solid background in assessing Specific Learning Disabilities using the PSW model, as well as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Emotional Disturbance, Anxiety, Depression, and ADHD Commitment to ethical best practices in school psychology Strong interpersonal, communication, and report-writing skills

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive psycho-educational evaluations to determine eligibility for Special Education services Assess a range of learning, behavioral, and emotional needs using evidence-based tools and models Support students and staff through consultation, intervention, and collaboration Maintain meticulous records and participate in multidisciplinary meetings Uphold the standards and mission of the school district, working closely with special education teams Why consider this opportunity?
