Job Description

Job description LifeStance Health is seeking a Clinical Testing Psychologist to provide high-quality psychological assessment services within a patient-centered, ethically grounded, and collaborative care environment. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive psychological and diagnostic evaluations for children, adolescents, and/or adults in both in-office and telehealth settings. You will administer, score, and interpret a wide range of standardized psychological and, when appropriate, neuropsychological tests to clarify diagnoses, guide treatment planning, and support improved patient outcomes. Working as part of our Healthcare & Medical Services team, you will collaborate closely with psychiatrists, therapists, primary care providers, and other clinicians to integrate testing findings into coordinated care plans. Core responsibilities include conducting detailed clinical interviews; selecting appropriate test batteries; ensuring standardized administration; producing clear, timely, and clinically useful written reports; and communicating results and recommendations to patients, families, and referring providers in a compassionate and understandable manner. You will be expected to uphold the highest ethical and professional standards in line with state regulations and APA guidelines, including informed consent, test security, and confidentiality. The role involves consistent and accurate documentation in our electronic health record system, adherence to evidence-based practices, and active participation in case consultations and team meetings. You will manage your schedule to balance in-person and telehealth appointments, maintain productivity expectations, and contribute to a positive, collaborative clinic culture. LifeStance Health provides an environment that emphasizes empowerment, quality, and collaboration. You will have access to a network of skilled professionals, opportunities for case consultation and mentorship, and pathways for professional growth and career advancement. The position offers a stable, competitive salary with comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement options, designed to support your long-term well-being. This role is ideal for a psychologist who is passionate about psychological testing, values patient-centered and culturally responsive care, and is motivated to use rigorous assessment to meaningfully improve patient outcomes.
