Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding school setting where you can make a lasting difference in the lives of students across K-12 levels. We're seeking two dedicated school psychologists to engage with a diverse caseload onsite for the 2026-2027 academic year. Opportunities are available in both the Beaufort and Bluffton areas, providing support to students of all ages as they achieve their academic and personal goals. In this contract role, you'll become an essential part of the school community, lending your expertise to programs that support the whole child. Your ability to collaborate, assess, and intervene will help build a positive school environment and empower students to overcome challenges.
Qualifications:
Master's or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program State certification or eligibility for School Psychologist credential Experience working within K-12 school settings strongly preferred Solid foundation in psychological assessment, counseling, and consultation services Strong communication and collaboration abilities Commitment to ethical practices and confidentiality
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and interpretations for learning, behavioral, or developmental concerns Create and implement individualized plans that promote student success and wellbeing Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation to students, staff, and families Actively participate in multi-disciplinary teams and school initiatives Offer expertise to support special education processes, interventions, and recommendations Maintain accurate records and ensure timely documentation Experience the fulfillment of supporting growing minds while developing professionally in a vibrant community.
