Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A travel opportunity for a School Psychologist is available in the Knoxville, TN area. This role involves providing psychological services within school settings, supporting students' mental health, and collaborating with educators and families to foster academic and emotional success.
Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students. Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to address student needs. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies and state regulations. Participate in school meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
Qualifications:
Valid School Psychologist certification or licensure. Experience in educational or school psychology preferred. Strong assessment and counseling skills. Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and educators. Flexibility to travel to different school locations within the region.
