Qualifications:
Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program Active Tennessee licensure as a School Psychologist Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, students, and families Experience in providing assessment, counseling, and intervention services in schools (preferred) Ability to work independently and effectively manage a dynamic caseload
Responsibilities:
Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for students ages PreK-12 Collaborate with teachers, administration, and parents to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide direct counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral support to students Contribute to multi-disciplinary teams and respond to referrals and consultations Maintain detailed and confidential records in compliance with federal and state guidelines
