Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist Experience working with K-12 students is highly valued Familiarity with multi-tiered systems of support, IEP processes, and assessment tools Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, administrators, and parents

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational assessments for students across all grade levels Participate in the development and implementation of IEPs, collaborating closely with staff and families Provide direct counseling services and interventions for individuals and groups Support positive behavioral interventions, mental health awareness, and crisis response Deliver professional development and consultation to teachers on behavioral, instructional, and social-emotional learning strategies Contribute expertise to problem-solving and data-driven decisions for student success
