Qualifications & Experience:

Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist Experience working within K-12 educational settings Strong skills in psychological assessment, interpretation, and intervention Excellent communication skills to collaborate with students, educators, and families Comfort gathering detailed student histories and performing multifaceted psychological evaluations Commitment to ethical guidelines and best practices for school psychology

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough psychoeducational assessments to identify students' strengths and support needs Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop individualized intervention strategies and educational plans Document detailed reports, maintaining accurate records to support student success and compliance requirements Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and supportive resources to students as needed Participate in multidisciplinary teams and help shape programs and interventions that create a thriving school culture Use evidence-based practices to gather detailed data, analyze findings, and recommend actionable solutions
