Q This position is contingent upon contract award.
Key Personnel Designation:
Non-Key Position Summary Supports the DOE OST Human Reliability Program (HRP) by executing mission-critical duties aligned with occupational health, psychological evaluation, emergency response, and administrative operations to ensure personnel reliability, safety, and compliance with federal regulations. Key Responsibilities Perform initial, annual, and special HRP evaluations or services appropriate to the role Document findings and prepare reports in accordance with DOE requirements Coordinate with SOMD, Program Manager, and multidisciplinary teams Ensure compliance with 10 CFR 712, OSHA standards, and Privacy Act requirements Maintain readiness of equipment, records, and systems Participate in training, drills, and emergency response activities Identify and report conditions impacting safety, reliability, or mission readiness Support quality assurance and continuous improvement activities
Requirements:
Required Qualifications Doctoral degree in clinical psychology from an accredited program Completion of a one-year APA-approved clinical internship or equivalent Minimum of three (3) years postdoctoral clinical experience with emphasis in psychological assessment and testing Valid, unrestricted license to practice clinical psychology Eligibility for DOE access authorization (Q clearance level) Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting DOE, NNSA, or other federal programs Familiarity with Human Reliability Program (HRP) requirements Experience in safety-sensitive or high-reliability environments Advanced certifications or specialized training relevant to the role •Applicants may be considered for other current or future opportunities based on their qualifications.•
