School Psych | Keller, Texas Sunbelt Staffing - 3.8 Keller, TX Job Details Contract 10 days ago Qualifications Practicing as a school psychologist Full Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. You'll play an important role in helping students succeed through individualized assessments, counseling, and collaboration with staff and families.
Key Qualifications:
Master's or Specialist degree in School Psychology or related field required Valid state certification/license as a School Psychologist Previous experience in a school setting preferred Strong assessment, consultation, and problem-solving skills Effective communicator skilled at building rapport with students, staff, and parents Familiarity with special education regulations and IEP process
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to identify student needs and support eligibility decisions Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students individually and in groups Attend and participate in meetings, including IEP, eligibility, and intervention team discussions Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop strategies that support student learning and well-being Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines Offer crisis intervention as needed and support positive behavioral interventions This contract position offers the chance to thrive within a dynamic school environment near Keller, TX.
