What you'll need to succeed: Valid certification in School Psychology for grades P-12 Willingness to work on-site during the academic year, full-time Experience within school settings is preferred, but dedicated new graduates are welcome to apply Excellent communication, consultation, and problem-solving skills Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive climate for all students Key duties and responsibilities: Provide comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to determine student needs Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to develop effective intervention plans Support the implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and 504 plans Deliver counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral support services as needed Lead training sessions for staff on topics such as behavior management and mental health awareness Maintain thorough and timely documentation according to district and legal standards Competitive benefits are designed to support your career and well-being.
