Psychometrist Therapeutic Alliance And Testing Center, LLC Missouri City, TX Job Details 5 hours ago Full Job Description About the role We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Psychometrist to join our clinical team. Under the direct supervision of a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, you will administer, score, and assist in the interpretation of standardized psychological and neuropsychological assessments across a diverse patient population. This role is central to delivering high-quality evaluation services in a collaborative, supportive clinical environment. Key responsibilities Administer standardized psychological and neuropsychological test batteries to children, adolescents, and/or adults as directed by the supervising psychologist Score completed assessments accurately and prepare organized test protocols for clinical review Conduct structured clinical interviews and behavioral observations during testing sessions Maintain detailed, confidential patient records and testing documentation in compliance with HIPAA Manage scheduling, testing materials, and upkeep of assessment instruments and software Collaborate closely with the supervising psychologist to support report-writing and feedback sessions Support patient and family preparation before and after testing appointments Participate in ongoing clinical team meetings and case consultations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field required; Master's degree strongly preferred Formal training or certification in psychometric testing (e.g., ABSNP Psychometrist certification or equivalent) Experience administering standardized assessments (e.g., WAIS, WISC, WIAT, MMPI, BASC, Conners, NEPSY) Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse patient populations High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow standardized protocols precisely Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems Preferred qualifications 1-2 years of prior experience in a psychological or neuropsychological testing environment Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Familiarity with Q-global, PARiConnect, or similar test scoring platforms Experience working with pediatric, geriatric, or forensic populations Supervision & compliance All psychological evaluation activities are performed under the direct supervision of a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in accordance with state licensure laws and APA ethical guidelines. Psychometrist will not independently interpret test results or provide diagnoses. Clinical interpretation is the sole responsibility of the supervising psychologist.
