Qualifications:
Certification or licensure as a School Psychologist Master's or specialist-level degree in School Psychology or a related field Experience conducting assessments, counseling, and implementing interventions in a school setting Strong understanding of special education laws and compliance Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive school climate
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments for students Collaborate with school staff and parents to develop appropriate interventions and education plans Provide individual and group counseling services to support student well-being and growth Assist with crisis intervention and consultation as needed Interpret assessment results and contribute to IEP meetings and eligibility determinations Promote strategies to improve student academic performance and emotional health
