Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding opportunity as a full-time, bilingual School Psychologist working throughout the full academic year. This contract position is ideal for dedicated professionals eager to make a meaningful impact in educational and student support settings. As part of a collaborative onsite team, you will provide comprehensive services directly to students and staff, fostering a positive and inclusive school environment.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Licensed or certified as a School Psychologist Bilingual proficiency required for effective engagement with students and families Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred Ability to perform educational assessments and provide counseling services Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct student evaluations and assessments to identify learning, behavioral, or emotional needs Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement effective intervention strategies Provide individual and group counseling for students to support social, emotional, and academic growth Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings, offering insight and recommendations Support crisis response and maintain accurate, confidential records Collaborate with another onsite psychologist to deliver high-quality services across the school community This position offers the satisfaction of building lasting relationships with students, educators, and families while enhancing the campus climate.
