Job Description

Hybrid School Psychologist needed for a 36‑week contract in Courtland, Virginia, with compensation up to $65 per hour. The role involves conducting psychological assessments, developing IEPs, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and staff to support student mental health in a hybrid setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for students. Administer testing and conduct initial conferences. Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student mental health and behavioral goals. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with educational and psychological standards. Provide virtual reporting from home.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience. Valid license and submitted resume required. Availability for 32‑40 hours per week (37.5 hours/week). Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment. Adherence to school and student confidentiality requirements. Professional communication and collaboration with educators and families. Compliance with background check policies.
