Job Description

School Psychologist for K-12 (2026-2027 School Year) in Suffolk, VA. An opportunity is available for a qualified School Psychologist to join a collaborative and student-focused educational team within Suffolk Public Schools District. This role provides the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working alongside a multidisciplinary team dedicated to supporting student success. POSITION DETAILS
Full-time School Psychologist Contract dates: 2026 - 2027
Location:
[Suffolk, VA]
Caseload:
[K-12] Midsize Caseload Will support schools in completing psychological assessments, evaluations, participating in eligibility meetings and collaborating with staff and families.
QUALIFICATIONS
Active School Psychologist Virginia license, certification, or credential required Flexible and collaborative personality. Knowledge of applicable educational laws, procedures, and service models Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
