Job Description
Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students across elementary, middle, and high school settings as a School Psychologist! This contract opportunity allows you to collaborate with educational teams and support a diverse student population near beautiful Burlington, VT. Your expertise in assessment, intervention, and consultation will be essential in helping students reach their fullest potential. You'll serve as an advocate for student well-being, working alongside teachers, administrators, and families to ensure every learner has the resources and support they need. What we're looking for: Current certification and licensure as a School Psychologist Experience working in elementary, middle, and/or high school environments Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Dedication to fostering a positive and inclusive school climate Your responsibilities will include: Performing psychoeducational evaluations to support student learning Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Providing direct counseling and intervention services to students Supporting teachers and staff through consultation and professional development Facilitating communication between school, families, and outside agencies Promoting safe and supportive school environments This is an excellent opportunity for those who value flexibility and professional growth in a contract setting.
