Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Take on a rewarding role providing support and guidance to students in a high school setting as a School Psychologist. This full-time contract opportunity runs from August 27, 2026 through June 17, 2027, allowing you to make a meaningful difference throughout the academic year. You'll work on-site at one high school, collaborating closely with educators, students, and families to promote social, emotional, and academic success.

Key Qualifications:

Valid School Psychologist certification with ESA required Demonstrated experience conducting comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations, typically 50-60 annually for this role Excellent communication and collaboration skills Strong knowledge of

MTSS, IEP

development, IDEA, and best practices in school-based interventions Proven ability to work effectively with high school students, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct psychoeducational evaluations to support eligibility decisions and inform individualized education plans Provide direct and consultative psychological services for students facing social, emotional, or academic challenges Participate in IEP meetings, delivering clear and concise evaluation results to staff and families Collaborate with educators and school staff to develop intervention strategies Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations Offer crisis intervention and mental health support as needed This contract position offers an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise in a dynamic educational environment.
