Three Rivers Therapy is a mission driven behavioral health organization serving Washington State for over 10 years, focused on empowering individuals, strengthening communities, and transforming lives. This role is part of a strategic effort to elevate our clinical team by bringing in advanced level counselors and expanding access to more personalized, high-quality care. You will play a direct role in helping individuals and families build healthier, more stable lives through assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment. What You'll Do Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based approaches Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning Deliver crisis intervention, safety planning, and relapse prevention support Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation Meet productivity expectations through direct service hours Provide psychoeducation and connect clients with community resources Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in clinical meetings and supervision Continue developing your clinical skills through ongoing training and education What You'll Bring and What You'll Get What You'll Bring Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field Active Washington State license, LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or associate level equivalent Experience providing outpatient therapy using evidence-based approaches Strong documentation skills and ability to manage a full caseload Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team What You'll Get Full operational support, including marketing, billing, collections, and supervision, so you can focus on patient care A collaborative, supportive culture centered on growth, accountability, and engagement Meaningful work with a direct impact on patients and the community
