  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Educational Services (BCBA-ES)
  • . In this role, you'll provide expert behavioral consultation, conduct assessments, design intervention plans, and support students with academic and behavioral needs. You'll also serve as a clinical teacher — guiding, training, and empowering school staff to deliver effective, evidence-based behavioral services.

  • + •Conduct behavioral evaluations•and functional assessments + •Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans•(BIPs) + Provide training and consultation to teachers and support staff + Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed + Support a caseload of students (approx.
5-7 hours per student per week) + Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams + Maintain accurate documentation and uphold professional standards

  • BCBA certification
  • (BACB) + Master's degree in
  • ABA•, •Education•, •Psychology•, or related field + Pediatric experience preferred (1+ year) + School-based ABA experience strongly preferred + CPR certification (if applicable) + TB test or chest X-ray (as required) + Health certificate (as required) + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements + Must be 18 •?
