Travel Contract Position Overview We are seeking a School Psychologist for a travel contract opportunity in Spokane, WA for the 2026-2027 school year. This position offers the opportunity to work within a school-based setting while supporting students through comprehensive evaluations, behavioral interventions, and special education services. The School Psychologist will be assigned to either an elementary or high school caseload and will work primarily within an assigned building/campus. This is not an itinerant position , although the psychologist may occasionally support multiple buildings if they are part of the same campus. Position Details 35 hours/week Assigned to either elementary or high school — not switching between grade levels Primarily based at an assigned school building/campus Not a hybrid position Conduct approximately 50-60 evaluations per year Serve as an assessment coordinator Develop and support BIPs, AIPs, and FBAs Utilize ABA and Discrete Trial Training principles when developing instructional and behavioral strategies Prepare comprehensive reports and present findings to the special education team Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and other members of the special education team Requirements Washington State ESA certification in School Psychology Previous experience as a School Psychologist or in a closely related role within a public school setting preferred Must be able to complete a fingerprint background check Travel Benefits $60+/hour equivalent pay rate for travel candidates Housing and meal/incidentals stipends available for eligible travelers Travel assistance Health, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) options Licensure and credentialing support Dedicated recruiter support throughout your assignment #p34
