This role focuses on supporting students' academic, social, and emotional success through assessment, intervention, and collaboration with educators and families. Key Responsibilities Conduct psychological and educational assessments for students Interpret assessment results and develop comprehensive evaluation reports Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success Develop and implement intervention strategies and behavior plans Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for services and accommodations Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as needed Ensure compliance with state and federal special education regulations Qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology Active Washington School Psychologist license/credential required Experience working in a school setting preferred Strong knowledge of special education laws and assessment tools Excellent communication and collaboration skills Benefits Competitive hourly pay ($50
