Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A School Psychologist opportunity is available for the 2026-2027 school year at a school located in Silverdale, WA. This contract position focuses on providing essential psychological services to support student success and well-being within the school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations to identify student needs. Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Provide consultation and support to teachers and staff on behavioral interventions and mental health strategies. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure coordinated student support. Offer counseling and crisis intervention services as needed to promote positive student outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience:
Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field. Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist. Experience in conducting assessments and delivering interventions in a K-12 school setting. Strong knowledge of psychological testing, behavioral analysis, and mental health practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and school personnel. Ability to work effectively under contract terms and meet the academic year timeline.
