Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact in a high school setting as a dedicated professional supporting student growth and well-being. This contracted, full-time opportunity offers the chance to work exclusively at one high school for the 2026-2027 academic year, collaborating with educators and families to provide essential services to students.

Key Qualifications:

Active ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification required Master's degree or higher in School Psychology or related field Prior experience as a School Psychologist in educational environments is highly preferred Comfortable conducting approximately 50-60 student evaluations during the school year Strong skills in assessment, report writing, and intervention planning Excellent communication and collaborative abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct psychoeducational assessments and evaluations for students referred for services Work closely with teachers, staff, and parents to interpret assessment results and recommend appropriate interventions Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Provide consultation, counseling, and crisis intervention as needed to support student success Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and regulatory requirements Foster positive relationships with students and encourage their emotional, behavioral, and academic growth This full-time assignment runs from August 27, 2026, through June 17, 2027, with working hours from 7:30am to 3:00pm, Monday through Friday.
