What You'll Do:
Conduct one-time psychological and behavioral health evaluations for Veterans as part of the disability claims process Perform clinical interviews, mental health assessments, and comprehensive record reviews Assess psychiatric and psychological conditions in support of Veteran disability evaluations Work in a low-volume setting, typically seeing 1-4 Veterans per day Complete documentation electronically through a secure platform Receive fully provided technology, training, and clinical support
What You WON'T Do:
No ongoing therapy or counseling sessions No treatment planning or long-term patient management No prescribing responsibilities No disability rating calculations or benefits determinations No scheduling responsibilities or walk-in patients No nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call responsibilities
