Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A School Psychologist position is available for a travel assignment based in Milwaukee, WI, offering the opportunity to work within educational settings dedicated to supporting student success and well-being. This role involves collaborating with educators, parents, and administrators to assess and address the psychological and educational needs of students.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations. Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs). Providing counseling and intervention services tailored to students' unique needs. Collaborating with school staff to create supportive learning environments. Offering guidance and training to educators and parents on behavioral and learning strategies. Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and maintaining thorough documentation.
Qualifications and desired experience:
Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology. Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist. Experience conducting assessments and providing direct psychological services within school settings. Strong knowledge of federal and state special education laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
