Job Description

Licensed Clinical Psychologist Job Type:
Full-Time Work Setting:
Outpatient and Residential Behavioral Health Services Job Location:
New Richmond, WI Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and diagnostic assessments Administer, score, and interpret psychological testing Prepare detailed psychological reports and treatment recommendations Meet with clients and families to review findings and recommendations Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams Provide consultation regarding treatment planning and case conceptualization Offer expertise on complex clinical presentations Provide targeted supervision and guidance to clinical staff as requested Deliver educational presentations on mental health topics and treatment approaches Complete all required clinical documentation in a timely manner Maintain accurate and confidential records Adhere to ethical and regulatory standards
Requirements:
Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program Licensed Psychologist (or license-eligible) in the applicable state Eligible for credentialing with Medicaid and commercial insurance payers Experience conducting psychological evaluations and assessments Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in residential treatment, outpatient behavioral health, or trauma-informed care Experience providing staff consultation or clinical supervision Skills & Competencies Excellent assessment and diagnostic abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems
