Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychologist to join our dynamic mental health team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive psychological services to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. Your expertise will support individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges, from behavioral health issues to trauma and developmental disorders. You will play a vital role in conducting assessments, delivering evidence-based therapies, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to promote optimal patient outcomes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives through clinical excellence and innovative care delivery. Duties Conduct thorough psychological assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and psychological testing, to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans. Provide individual, group, and family counseling utilizing evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, and behavioral health interventions. Deliver specialized care for populations such as children with autism spectrum disorder, patients with PTSD, geriatrics, pediatrics, and individuals with disabilities or substance use issues. Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations; document patient progress and treatment outcomes meticulously. Collaborate with healthcare professionals across inpatient, outpatient, hospital, school-based, telehealth, and community settings to coordinate care plans. Qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited institution; licensure or certification as required by state law. Proven experience working with children, adolescents, or adults in clinical settings; prior hospital or inpatient experience is highly desirable. Strong expertise in child & family counseling, working with individuals with autism or disabilities, addiction counseling, PTSD care, and behavioral health therapies. Proficiency in administering psychological testing and conducting comprehensive intake assessments. Demonstrated skills in crisis intervention and managing complex mental health cases effectively. Experience delivering telehealth services using secure platforms; familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards for medical records management. Excellent communication skills for engaging patients across diverse backgrounds; ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
