Monday - Friday www.cochiseoncology.com Position Overview We are seeking a Radiation Therapist that will provide high quality and accurate delivery to patients through the use of our cutting-edge Radixact, and XOFT . Treatment techniques may include 3D conformal, IMRT, SBRT, and electronic brachytherapy treatments. The ideal candidate in this position will be responsible for providing a high standard of patient care through collaboration with the oncologists, support staff, and on-site dosimetry and physics . Job Responsibilities Operation of Radixact and XOFT delivering the planned course of radiation therapy as prescribed by the Radiation Oncologist. Perform CT Simulations and construction of patient immobilization devices. Assess patient needs during and after treatments. Participating in patient education of radiation treatments Assure compliance with all department and state rules and regulations. Maintain detailed and accurate treatment records Maintain open and timely communication regarding the patient's care, collaborating with dosimetry, physics, nursing, and physicians.
QUALIFICATIONS ARRT
Certified or Board Eligible Applied Associated of Science (AAS) or Bachelor's of Science in Radiation Therapy or related field Well organized, self-motivated, display problem solving skills New Graduates are encouraged to apply!
