Qualifications:
ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy required 2+ years of experience in a clinical setting preferred New graduates with strong education and motivation are also encouraged to apply Proficiency with Elekta HD, Versa HD, and Mosaiq is highly desirable Excellent communication skills and commitment to compassionate patient care
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver precise radiation therapy according to physician orders and treatment plans Operate and troubleshoot Elekta HD and Versa HD systems, ensuring safety and accuracy Utilize Mosaiq for patient records, schedule management, and documentation Educate patients and families about procedures, responding to questions with professionalism and empathy Participate in continuous quality improvement efforts and safety checks Collaborate with physicians, dosimetrists, and medical staff for coordinated patient care
