Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in radiation therapy preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply Current ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy or eligibility required Hands-on experience with Elekta HD, Versa HD, and Mosaiq systems is highly desirable Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support patients and work collaboratively with clinical teams Keen attention to detail, safety, and care protocols in a fast-paced clinical setting
Responsibilities:
Operate radiation therapy equipment, ensuring precise and safe delivery of therapeutic doses to patients Collaborate closely with radiation oncologists, physicists, and nurses to review treatment plans and patient progress Monitor patient conditions during treatments and provide support to address questions or concerns Accurately document procedures, patient information, and equipment use following established guidelines Maintain equipment and ensure adherence to quality assurance measures Continuously develop expertise by keeping current with evolving treatment protocols and technologies
