Key Qualifications:
Valid, current ARRT (Radiation Therapy) certification State licensure (or eligibility) as a Radiation Therapist in California Recent experience practicing as a Radiation Therapist in a clinical or hospital environment Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Commitment to patient safety and compassionate, high-quality care
Primary Responsibilities:
Administer safe, precise radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by radiation oncologists Accurately operate simulation and treatment delivery equipment Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other care team members to ensure optimal outcomes Maintain detailed, accurate patient records and documentation Provide patient education, answer questions, and ensure patients feel supported throughout their course of treatment
