Job Description

Bachelor's degree, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiation Therapy experience required. Qualifications and Experience:
Completion of an accredited Radiation Therapy program Active ARRT (Radiation Therapy) certification Current state licensure as required Demonstrated experience delivering radiation therapy treatments to oncology patients Strong communication skills and a caring approach to patient interactions Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in treatment delivery
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and position patients for radiation therapy, following prescribed protocols Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment safely and effectively Monitor patient reactions during treatment and promptly report concerns to medical personnel Collaborate with physicians, physicists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes Educate patients and their families about treatment procedures and address any questions or concerns Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments and patient records
